I don't get it! The Muppets are taking over the Rock 'n' roller coaster What is going to happen next for Disney World?

Compared to everything that the parks have to offer, there's very little that will change. A new ride here, a new ride there. A ride's theme changed.

95% of the parks remain the same.

We're nearing the middle of the D23 five-year plan that was announced. So, we know what's happening for at least the next 3 years.

What's next for the parks right now is known. And we've been discussing it in several threads on this forum.

As a lifelong Muppet fan, I am very much looking forward to this. I know many think since RnRC is a higher height thrill ride that Muppets isn't a good fit, but the Muppets have always skewed to an older audience and I think this will be a lot of fun!

I mean one of their first episodes is quite literally "Sex and Violence". There is quite a lot of crude humor in general with the Muppets. It's funny that people think they are some baby show or something. Sesame was the younger kids show, Muppets was always trying to go for the teen/adult demographic imo.

There wasn’t really anything left in January when I was there, Disney had already phased out most of the Aerosmith stuff. Keep in mind the attraction name is staying which makes the merch changeover easier.

Really hoping they do something with the outdoor queue, might be my least favorite outdoor line in WDW. I don't need them to fully enclose it (although that would be nice) but give us a bunch of Muppet stuff to look and laugh at while we wait out there.

So they do give those seats out to streamers beforehand.

The current stuff is a lot of dark colors. I figure even without any of it saying "featuring Aerosmith" it will end up replaced by brighter stuff with characters on it.
