Does that permit mean they are doing work on the track themselves or am I reading too much into "steel construction permit"?

I was wondering the same thing but unless it’s general maintenance, I can’t imagine they’d be doing any track work and reopening by summer. I’d guess this is for the thematic elements surrounding the track.

Random but idk, I don’t think listening to Muppets renditions of songs is better than listening to the original songs

Feels more like a temporary overlay honestly, but Disney clearly likes the Muppets, they’re never going anywhere.

I know they’re not truly redoing the ride, but I wish they’d upgrade the outdoor queue portion where you can see into the backlot.

Side question - who does the countown now? - Dr Teeth?, Fozzie?, Animal?- Kermit's energy doesn't seem big enough to match the Tyler scream....although he has that double arm wave thing he does if they add a video
