Noticing the parks are better upkept

Yes, posters have typos regularly and also auto correct sometimes alters what was written without one realizing it before the Post reply button has been selected. But once it's pointed out to you that an error exists on your initial post you should go back and correct it. That's what the Edit option is for. Someone new coming in that is reading your post has no idea that you made a mistake unless they read through multiple posts.

Disney restaurant food/menu quality as well as service changes very often and what was a good experience on one trip can be drastically different the next. The problem is that Disney has an issue remaining consistent when they are good. I'm glad you found that food quality and park upkeep changed for the better. Those two things are quite often mentioned as disappointments to posters trips when they return home and want to give their opinions.
Ugh, I immediately clarified and not long after edited it. There was no way the topic shouldn’t have immediately ended when I said “it was a typo”, it was clear to some posters but apparently some were really confused I guess.

Any post that came after bickering over it was a ridiculous waste of oxygen.

I try to avoid editing posts initially because then threads get confusing if you look back at them TBH.

Disneyland has killer quick-service.

Difference between a local’s park and not. Tho Paris has really grown to love DLP. They’ve embraced it culturally. It’s awesome to see.

I’ve noticed this actually in the way they react to the nighttime shows. I recall watching video of earlier shows, and the crowd was… crickets.

These days, you hear audible reactions, cheering at the end. It really feels like DLP has come into its own and found its crowd, finally.

I loved the park, would definitely go back.

So… your profile says you are 27. You have the mindset and temperament of an arrogant 20-something. But yet, you know what food at Universal was in 2010, when you were age 11, traveled to Tokyo at least twice, including at age 19, have been to all the Disney parks, plus 5 trips to DLP, and have been to WDW enough to know what most restaurants are like, were like, etc. You’ve done more world traveling than 99% of people around here, many of whom are far older.

At the age of 27.

That math ain’t mathin’.

Not to mention, you have admitted to using Grammarly to check coursework and know how to change AI-generated content to get past it. And get very defensive about AI usage when you. Bring. It. Up. Constantly. You’ve been around these forums for a hot minute but act like someone who has been around for 10+ years and has earned a lot of respect. Yet you wonder why people doubt you. 🧐 🤔

it’s bizarre seeing the hate in Orlando and DLP seems to be immune to this criticism despite it being worse?
There’s not too many who have visited WDW, DLP and DL in recent times. I’m lucky to be among them.

I had heard so much bad about the food at DLP I was expecting the worst. My first meal in a park was pretty much six flags level - the place by big thunder - but thankfully it improved from there.

I think all the resorts are hit and miss with Anaheim taking a huge tumble in recent years.

Now, since the parks are IMO doing better, here’s a shot of RNRC before it’s gone! Notice how clean the pathways are and the gate.

It was a typo, any reasonable person in the context of the post would clearly know that it’s a typo.

I’m curious, why you would think anyone would remotely think there was a restaurant called “Tiffins Electric Umbrella?” You really think this is more likely than a typo? Also looking back, I didn’t even mean to include Electric Umbrella because it wasn’t a new restaurant, so there’s another typo that I didn’t even realize. So you can keep being snarky or just accept the clarification and more on.

“Docking Bay 7, Skipper Canteen, Harambe Market, Woody’s Lunchbox, Regal Eagle, Tiffins Electric Umbrella, Connections Eatery, now even Woody’s Round-Up BBQ. Last 10 years have brought us a step up over the previous 10.”

The fact you got likes on your post is ridiculous, anyone with half a brain could put two and two together instead of scoring cheap internet points.

You’re just grasping at straws.

In the meantime, I’ll be reminiscing over my delicious Coral Reef Lobster Bisque from last night, unlike most of the menu it has stuck around for many, many years!

But I don’t know theme parks, clearly.

I always think I'm going to like Coral Reef, then I leave thinking it was below average. That looks better than it tastes.

A great example - that location has so much potential. The food was ok, but I agree it should be much better.

I’m a big fan of the Disney saloons so I really wanted to experience it the best I could - I’m glad I did, it’s beautiful. But the food should be better and there should be live entertainment.
My “experience” with Disney food is always the same…

I eat it…I chug 100 gallons of water…and then I drop it off at the pool later

Totally different kind of "experience" at Pecos Bill's, which is just not my type of food.
I don’t know whose type of food Pecos is serving - my last experience there made Pizzarizzo and Restrauntosauras seem “high quality” haha.

But yes Tiffins and Nomad are such crazy good experiences. Pretty close to club 33 for us peasants!
