So Lilypad is based on the Leapfrog line of educational toys which released in 1995. I wonder if this is suppose to be like the Leapflog Epic which released in 2015, meaning this advances the timeline a bit from the original 1995 to 2010 timeline of TS1-4, even though it appears like Bonnie hasn't aged much.
So just guessing based on what we've been shown, the main two plot points taking place in this will be:
Main plot: The toys we all know and love are facing being replaced with high tech toys (similar to Woody feeling threatened by Buzz in TS1).
Secondary plot: Meanwhile, Andy, who is off at college, begins missing / feeling homesick for his old toys. Falling into a deep depression, he realizes he made a mistake giving them away to Bonnie prior to leaving for college. He contacts an old childhood acquaintance and former neighbor, Sid Phillips. Together, Andy and Sid devise a plan to break into Bonnie's house while she and her family are away on vacation, and steal back Andy's toys.
When Bonnie returns home from vacation to find all her toys stolen, the last thing we see before end credits roll is her vowing fierce vengeance on Andy for his thievery... setting up the story for #6.
