Weirdly enough that was going to be my third guess, but if they weren't chocolate coins I wasn't quite sure what their purpose was supposed to be.

They look nice, I just don't understand why they're coins. But maybe I'm overthinking. 🤷‍♂️

Haha I’m not sure. They re not something I usually collect but I like these two. On the other side they have the DCA 25th logo.

Just got out of the D23 Spotlight event celebrating the stories behind the development of DCA, and there were two small things from the event I think are worth mentioning:

  1. When we got to World of Color and its predecessor LuminAria, Steve Davison teased LuminAria was coming back in some form (maybe in the form of a new World of Color holiday show?).
  2. Steve also pleaded with one of the creative producers for the upcoming Pandora project (apologies as I forgot her name) to save the Hyperion Theater as DLE fought hard to get a Broadway-caliber theater into the parks, and the producer was nodding as he spoke. Wishful thinking that the theater may be safe?
Anyway, what a great event honoring my childhood park and all its flaws. DCA will always have a special place in my heart and it was nice to hear more about its development from the creative team behind it.

Bring back a show! Let’s go Steve, fight for it!
