Don’t worry so much about theoretical remaining space! I’d be surprised if a Disney park ever ran out of space in my lifetime, that would be a great thing.

It’s investment that is the rate limiter-always.
Fair. It’s not impossible to extend over the MTR onto the coach park. Expensive ? Yes. Regulatory issues? Probably.

Yes
I just noted that the older rooms in Hollywood Hotel are no longer available. From now on you can only book Mickey or Marvel rooms. I guess (hope) this implies they are going to retheme the rest into Pixar rooms, and likely will be released in conjunction with the new Pixar show?

was gonna ask is that them starting construction? if so very exciting
Yes indeed, theres a large crane set up over there, probably in preparation to build the tower. I assume they will use it for transporting pieces around the land and the pieces will be built offsite like how they did the Castle of Magical Dreams.

Looking down from a plane, I think you could just about see the future paths to the Pixar theater. Also, you can just about see a rectangular outline (angled in towards the park) in the Marvel plot for where the building will be built. (credit: This is Mr. B)

It definitely looks like the theatre is going to face due east which would set it along a pathway connecting TSL to arendelle

Effective for guest flow but may reduce its potential to be themed as a sub land rather than just being a proverbial walk through point
