I'm sure they'll use an appropriate font, like this one.

Giggle. Giggle. Giggle.

I would argue they aren't' spending wisely but that's a different argument.
Oh 100% - the actual topic of this thread being a great example.

For all the money they are spending they could have added the coaster and a monsters dark ride and kept the muppet courtyard.

Or added a family muppets coaster instead of the door coaster at that location.

Or so many other things that would have made more financial sense to me.

The frustrating part for me personally is a lot of the plans I drew up when I still wanted to be an Imagineer would have actually been legitimately cheaper to do, especially as far as the re-imagining of EPCOT and DHS are concerned.

Same!!! DHS and DCA were both so close to being my favorite parks. But sadly…. They are both crazy low on the list now.

Would it have been out of the question to keep muppets courtyard - tear down studio 1 and retheme mama Melrose to monsters and still have the coaster?

That would be a win-win and be cheaper right? Or am I missing something?

They wouldn't even have had to retheme Mama Melrose, there is plenty of room in the parking lot to have built the whole land.

It's very interesting and at least to me, it's an indicator that they were just done with MV3D. This gets back to main point earlier, that the members of this forum are different from the casual guest, where the attraction was simply under-utitilized from an operational perspective. They have more data than we do.

While not running MV3D clearly reduces operational costs, surely they are spending capital on developing a new show, retheming the theater, hiring voice talent, etc. They could even spared PizzeRizzo to go with Muppets and still saved more money.

You're absolutely right. Especially since every movement of the guest is now captured in multiple ways simultaneously/digitally and analyzed in numerous more ways with thousands of different combinations/outputs.

I remember how much fun Sadistics, er, I mean Statistics, class was in college.

Some of their recent decisions seem like they'll be "grand slams."....Others....well...still leave many perplexed at best.
