I don’t know why the prospect of an attraction featuring the most famous artist on the planet is controversial. I wouldn’t be surprised if Disney had some plan for this in the future
Whatever money they've given her to choose them over, say, Amazon or Netflix, was a rather smart move to be honest. Any money to put her in the park would be an even smarter move...
I had more fun in an hour-and-a-half long lecture talking about bathroom design in undergrad.

I believe they paid Taylor $150M for the first Eras Tour film and then another $100M for the docu-series and the new movie. She also exclusively released the folklore: long pond studio sessions in December of 2020 with Disney+, I’m not sure how much they paid for that.

I know Disney likes to throw everything everywhere... but a Taylor Swift 3D/4D show would fit the theme of DHS/Echo Lake a lot better than EPCOT/World Celebration.

If Frozen, Star Tours, Indy, Mickey shorts, and Gertie can all fit into the "Hollywood" theme. IMHO the worlds current biggest musician would fit in there as well.
