It seems there will be a nighttime Halloween overlay to Jungle Cruise. Giving “Jungle Cruise Curse of the Emerald Trinity” vibes from 10 years ago. Maybe they also should bring back the creepy projections on Mystic Manor and “The Nightmare Experiment” scare maze where the Mad Hatter decapitates a “guest” since House of De Vil-lains is not operating this year.
It looks like it’s hinting at an evening/nighttime cavalcade from the promotional poster. If so, this could be a test to reintroduce another nighttime attraction 
. I wonder why House of De-Villains isn’t returning though? It was announced at Destination D23 that one of the cruise lines would have a similar concept attraction.

That's what I'm exactly thinking too. This Halloween cavalcade could be a test for future night entertainment. I believe House of De-Villains isn't returning since there is this new addition of the "street party" and they need more cast members there. I’d assume something in the middle, an extensive refurb makes sense considering they are moving a way from Tomorrowland’s “toy box” theme
There was rumbling at the last LEGCO meeting about them being unhappy with the legacy park theming compared to Shanghai Disney, and the various chimealongs in the GBA

They seem to have been doing a major refurb and complete replacement of partrs on all the orbitrons around the world. This is the only one it hasn't happened to yet
Which meeting was this? I would love to listen to it.
Usually they would state maintenance as a reason for closure but Orbitron is currently closed indefinitely due to “operational adjustments”

It was mentioned offhand in the last funding announcement when HKDL announced to LEGCO that they had paid off their loan to Disney which was…….June? I think

Adventureland also desperately needs new additions.
It does, but it doesn’t look cheap.
As first timers Fantasyland in particular looked budget starved. I even took a photo of the huge expanse of its painted concrete floor with zero theming or landscaping.
