With essentially 2 years and change left for Tropical Americas to hit its 2027 target, and the project having yet to go vertical. Does Disney announce the new 2028 timeline before D23 2026, at D23 2026, or after? 2028 might be a big year for WDW new attractions.
Well they recently reaffirmed the 2027 when they announced Dinosaur closing so definitely not. With essentially 2 years and change left for Tropical Americas to hit its 2027 target, and the project having yet to go vertical. Does Disney announce the new 2028 timeline before D23 2026, at D23 2026, or after? 2028 might be a big year for WDW new attractions.
And tropical America is a easier since they're reusing several existing buildings.Pandora went vertical in January of 2015 and was open by May of 2017 so it's not unreasonable to think Tropical Americas could still meet the 2027 date.
Are they not allowing those buildings into the park, or, turning them into refuse???And tropical America is a easier since they're refusing several existing buildings.
I dunno, you're the President of this thing. Which one are they doing?!Are they not allowing those buildings into the park, or, turning them into refuse???
Unless it was "I Lava You"-MountainI would rather have Fire Mountain but Iger would never approve it.
My memo to refuse it clearly had a drawing of lighting up some sticks of TNT.I dunno, you're the President of this thing. Which one are they doing?!
Are the sticks I gave you still good or do they have to be refused? My memo to refuse it clearly had a drawing of lighting up some sticks of TNT.
They're not sticking together, so, yes, refuse them. Are the sticks I gave you still good or do they have to be refused?
And not building...you know...FLOATING MOUNTAINS.And tropical America is a easier since they're reusing several existing buildings.
I think he deleted the video for some reason, thank you for letting me know!It says not found
The swooping pterodactyl isn’t broken though, it’s intentionally shut off. And has been for many years if I’m not mistaken. The rest though yeah. They’re letting it rot. Typically Disney. Let things rot, claim they have low attendance and must be replaced, rinse and repeat.Off a POV from yesterday here's everything wrong with DINOSAUR right now:
I think it's safe to say it's definitely entering the "let it rot" phase before closure.
- Less fog than usual in the time travel room
- Styracosaurus is static.
- Ailoramus has limited movement and the skin around his neck looks like its falling off.
- Raptors are in the dark
- First Carnosaurus is frozen except for his mouth.
- Nearly all the lights in the scene before the second carno are out.
- Infamous incoming pterodactyl broken
- Second Carnosaurus’s movement is very jerky and there’s a strobe light on him similar to the Yeti.
- Final Carnosaurus is leaning out but there seems to be little to no movement in the figure anymore.
The Boneyard is now being demolished and there is now a big dirt ound at the Encanto attraction site that I assume is for the Casita.
