DAK 'Encanto' and 'Indiana Jones'-themed experiences at Animal Kingdom

It would be really strange if you enter a temple façade only to find a modern institute within. There is A LOT of potential to do something amazing with this building; whether they will or not is a big question-mark.

I hope they do something like at Tokyo Disney Sea. Seeing as Dinosaur's queue opens into that larger museum display room, could easily turn it into the inside of a Temple:

Nothing official yet, but probably where the Crestaceous Trail/Daisy & Chip and Dale meet and greets were, as there are paths on the permit in that section but nothing on any concept art in that section. It's also supposed to be archaeology themed, so I'm guessing somewhere close to Indiana Jones
When they said it was archaeology themed I thought they were just gonna save the bones (heh) of the Bone Yard and retheme it instead of tearing it all down. Weird.

in the video posted yesterday you said the encanto ride is not expected to be trackless. is that based on any specific info?
It was posted earlier in this thread by @lentesta. He gave explicit details, and others hinted at similar things earlier on. Relevant quote and post:
It appears to be trains of cars. It doesn't appear to be an omnimover, trackless, or a water ride. Two cars per train. Two rows per car. Two or three people per row. (So 8-12 people per train?)

I don't see how changing one ride from a flat coaster to a dark ride makes DAK a nighttime-too park without also bringing back a night show at the lake.
Agreed we were done with AK at 2pm and that was with having sat around to wait for Maharaj to open (and no animals were out) and waiting for Kali to open, plus RS Avatar and an hour lunch. We enjoy the shows but pick 1-2 to see per trip some years it’s bird show and Lion King, this year we revisited Nemo. But I like it better than HS so if there was a good nighttime show like Fantasmic we could drag it into a full day

hey can someone do a favor and take the new released blueprints for the LK ride going to Paris and put it in AK and see how it fits? LK ride obviously needs to come to AK and probably will right?
Was it gonna be that blue sky Moana concept once upon a time? It certainly looks similar. If so, I can totally see it being floated for this park as Lion King still, if they can sneak it into the corner of Africa. (But not for a long time now that they're actually building things).

I could easily see construction begin on that ride at DAK before it opens in Paris in 2029. Should they decide that’s what they want to add to DAK next. They aren’t planning to build Tropical Americas and then do nothing for a decade. But, there are other options. The theme may work, but I don’t think DAK needs a flume ride. DHS does.

And it would be nice for Disney Adventure World to have a unique E-Ticket now Epcot has Ratatouille :)

I don’t see the LK land fitting in DAK. If I am correct, it is based off of the animated version. To me, that would seem a bit “off” compared to the other animal areas of the park. Maybe if they used the CGI version as a basis it would “fit” better with the rest of DAK.

If they added the CGI version of the Lion King to Harambe, how nice would it be to compliment that with a Jungle Book ride in Asia. Ah, to dream!

I mean, ITTBAB, Zootopia: Better Zoogether, and the Encanto attraction are from the Bug's Life, Zootopia, and Encanto respectively and those movies aren't hyper realistic by any means, so LK and its art style being in AK isn't a problem at all

It's also been implied to follow the plot of the film. I think something more exclusively focused on the circle of life would probably work better with the park.
