Where I live (1000 miles from Disney World) I always see people wearing Disney shirts or caps, but yesterday was a first. There was a man in line at the supermarket wearing mouse ears.
This guy just sounds like he's ahead of the curve. There was a man in line at the supermarket wearing mouse ears.
Or he forgot he still had them on.Maybe he just returned from a trip and was still feeling the Dis after glow!!!
Were they actually Mickey ears? Or more of a 'furry' style hat/headband?Where I live (1000 miles from Disney World) I always see people wearing Disney shirts or caps, but yesterday was a first. There was a man in line at the supermarket wearing mouse ears.
If you shop wear the locals shop in Central Florida you may find some cast still in costume buying groceries.
This is normally where I would throw in...Throwing stones in a glass houses and what not.
Unless it's a party or maybe some kind of town festival, it's probably a "no." For example, I might wear a Mickey Santa hat during my city's annual Winter Festival. It's part of the festive mood. Otherwise, no.Where I live (1000 miles from Disney World) I always see people wearing Disney shirts or caps, but yesterday was a first. There was a man in line at the supermarket wearing mouse ears.
Oh sure, a baseball cap and/or a t-shirt are fine. Mickey Ears? Um, no. If I dared to wear Mickey ears at all it would be a Mickey Ear Hat, not an Ear Band. Goodness no.I have Disney hats and shirts that I will wear in public. Ears are unusual, but not a whole lot different.
I respect appropriate IDGAF attitudes. Emphasis on appropriate. Obscene tattoos and profanity-laced t-shirts are not appropriate.
Truckers hats and ball caps are the norm. Disney mouse ears are not. Caps with team logos are seen everywhere. Someone that many miles away from a Dis park wearing ears stands way outside what is expected as an adult.I see no problem with wearing mouse ears anywhere you want if you're so inclined and adventurous. Is it any different than wearing a trucker's hat with your favorite team's logo?
