Work from home lunch, homemade egg salad (still trying to get the hang of it, but fairly tasty) with a sliced tomato



Dinner, a favorite pork dish. Boneless pork chops with a honey mustard glaze that I serve over polenta.

Loving the seashore vibe!! (In particular, that candle with the shade, and matching liner beneath, are very ). Oh, almost forgot, the food also looks delish, too!

Shrimp spring rolls with sweet garlic sauce, General Tso’s chicken with bok choy and veggie-ish (there are eggs) stir-fry, and a cheese plate and Carnival Melting Chocolate Cake for dessert…!!!!!
