I think you may have misunderstood a bit of my post. First, I tried to differentiate between those who post criticisms in hopes of effecting some change or even with a desire to stay a part of the community. I was trying to single out those people who have declared that they are DONE with Disney! The ones who proclaim that they are never going back and are completely disconnecting. I never said they didn't have a right to post, nor that I couldn't just skip over such posts. What I did was post what I termed a rant about why such people feel the need to proclaim that they are done with Disney. After all, if people are really done with Disney, wouldn't they simply spend their time with something else instead of trying to engage a fan community?
Here's what I think. I don't think such posts are as innocent as they may seem. I think they are attempts by individuals to sow discontent among the fans. Now, before people react, I still believe that such individuals should have the right to post, and that their posts shouldn't be censored. However, I do think we should see the posts for what they are. These sorts of proclamations, where someone lists a series of grievances against Disney while also proclaiming that they are NEVER going back and are DONE, is the online equivalent of rage quitting in a crowded room and asking "Who's with me?" before storming out.
