State of EPCOT

Heres my autistic rant on the state of the parks attractions from my experience yesterday.

1). Seas with Nemo & Friends -- Angler Fish AA frozen in place. Crush EAC scene literally has a line of duck tape at a seam holding the wall in place.

2). 3 Caballeros -- Didnt this just have a refurb? Donald pinata and boy missing. Xylophone playing AAs broken. 3 amigos AAs having a bit of exposed mechanics around mouth pieces.

3). American Adventure -- Rogers rope was stuck on his left side. Several AA mouths barely moving. (Rest of the show is in fine shape)

4). Soarin -- middle theatre broke down. Had to be escorted out of the theatre line and moved to another.

5). Awesome Planet -- effects not working.

6). Guardians -- delayed opening for most of the morning.

7). Living with the Land -- Some rainforest figures not working.

8). Imagination -- Figment AAs in poor condition. Second "imagination is a blast!" panel was stuck down.

9). Frozen Ever After-- One of the child troll AA figures' face was not moving/interacting with the scene.

It probably doesnt sound like much... but given how little Epcot has to do in terms of attractions... Its really bad for me to be able to point out this many issues on 9 different experiences with so few attractions in the parks.

Disney really do be charging an arm and a leg for an increasingly growing six flags experience.

The comparison to Six Flags is due to the experience you get for a 189 dollar 1-day ticket with no benefits. It is ridiculous.

At least Six Flags is worth the price of admission and you know youre just signing up for coasters.

Funny thing is, my understanding is the Monster Mansion ride at Six Flags Over Georgia (created by former Imagineering talent no less) gets a ton of love, tasteful show scene enhancements, and maintenance these days. So yeah.. sadly, darkride maintenance is starting to become below even Six Flags standards… sad to see, just hope they get back on track to the maintenance standards they started with sooner than later.

The xylophone players seem to be working on Gran Fiesta again.

You missed that they also removed that one puppet with the fireworks on his head. There's a really loud child giggling sound effect that's coming from that spot; I presume it was always there and just seemed less conspicuous when most of the platform wasn't empty.

The people behind me on the boat laughed and said "Donald's seen better days!" when we rounded the corner to the animatronics.
