PLUS a generous 40% buffer for land dev/personnel/ballooned costs/misc

Muppets Landing: ~75 million
(That's roughly 1/8th the cost of the Muppet Courtyard to Monstropolis conversion! )

So Disney...Why not both?

What's a little bit more on top of the already announced Rock 'n' Roller Coaster conversion to give the Muppet IP a final home, a land to call their own, one with a returned MV3D?

This makes me feel like we're never seeing it outside of VR ever again. Moving it to the Sunshine Showcase would be so easy (relatively, of course) and it would make fans happy. But I guess we're gonna get this footage on a 360 YouTube video or in Fortnite or something. Oh well.

You're not seeing it in VR or otherwise ever again.. Not trying to be a negative Nancy, but it's gone for good. Just found out most of the existing props are being crated a shipped on-loan to a museum in Atlanta to be put on display in the future. There will be a modest screen presentation adjoining the display that will present the show and other information (maybe footage from this upcoming recording?) while guests browse the set pieces and props on display.

Pixar Place cost well over $100 million. You’re not getting all of that done for $75 million.

I believe it will be more popular. I believe that at least if it’s put that thing back where it came from or so help me: the musical it could be as good.

Modern Disney is not funny; Muppet Vision is hilarious. It will be a huge downgrade in quality.

It will have a boost of attendance due to being new, but the whole point of shows like this is to be a crowd sucker. It'll go back to the wait time being the length of a show soon enough because that's the way it's supposed to work.
