I provided you with many examples of recent projects that have taken less than the 2-3 year timeline you were commenting on, other than DVC resorts while commenting to stop acting high and mighty while you're just in a discussion about theme parks. This isn't a college thesis, it's a discussion.

You cite projects that aren’t even started… let alone completed, and simple refurbishments when talking about past performance of construction speed? And then talk about reading comprehension??

Simple refurbishments? Even if you don’t like them they are not “simple refurbishments” as many of them require new animatronics to be installed, new show scenes, music, etc.

If only you had as much common sense as you do childish insults, people might even respect what you’re trying to say instead of passing it off as another self righteous guy with a keyboard.

Completely off topic but this is the first time I've seen Take Flight/Dreamflight/If You Had Wings mentioned on this site at all. I see shooters for Alien Encounter, Animal Kingdom River Cruise, and almost every other extinct ride in between, but nobody even thinks about those. I don't know why I'm bringing this up, but I just think it's hilarious.

I think from what I can see as an uninformed dweeb on the internet, the progress on this is going fine, I just have no need to visit MK until Big Thunder is back up though.

Disney definitely builds things slow to spread out the costs. I think it would be better for guest experiences (which ends up being better for the business) if they would move things as quickly as possible. Multiple construction crews etc. - yes it costs a bit more. But it’s most likely worth it.

The Country Bears were closed from January 27th 2024 to July 17th, just under 6 months, with 24 entirely rebuilt AAs and new audio and lighting. They can work fast when they want to!
