Yes, Elin Hilderbrand is very popular - she’s been around for a while, and is the “Queen of Beach Reads.” None of her books will change your life by any means, but they’re easy, fun reads.
I read one of her books, but it kind of threw me because one of the main characters was the other woman and ended up with the married guy. My moral sense just couldn't take it and I got turned off from her books.

I broke down and bought a few books on my kindle even though I still have a few of the free ones I downloaded left to read. I really wanted to read something good! And although some of the free ones are okay, most if them aren't really doing it for me....

So I finished this yesterday and I loved it! I've read a few of his books and I think this is my favourite so far. It's set in a home for unwed underage girls in the 70's and I'm not going to lie, it made me cry! Highly recommend this one.

I just started reading A Natural History of Dragons by Marie Brennan for book club. It's cute so far. I think it's probably considered YA. It's going really fast and I am not a fast reader.

I finished A Natural History of Dragons. It was fun, and I'm not opposed to reading the rest of the series, but it's not something that I feel the need to shell out money for the whole series because I HAVE to read it.

I had started the Nightengale by Kristin Hannah, but then put it aside because I wasn't in the right headspace and I needed something light an fluffy. I finally went back to it and finished it, bawling like a baby. It's very good, but also very sad, which her books always are, and also, it's about WWII, so I expecteded nothing less. I did learn some things, which I always love in a book.

I decided after a heavy read, I should pick something lighter this time, so I am reading Enemies with Benefits, by Roxie Noir. So far it's really cute. I didn't know it was a series, but we'll see how this plays out and whether I want to invest in the rest of it. Thank you, @lisak09 for the heads up on that! I like it so far!

Finished this one by the author of The Thursday Murder Club books which I love. I was slightly disappointed at first that it wasn't another Thursday book but I ended up really enjoying it! Loved the new characters and I'm excited to have a new series to look forward to!

My husband picked this one up when we left Dublin in November. He read it on the flight and said he enjoyed it better than Thursday Murder Club.

I'm pretty sure he's bought all the TMC books, but has only read the first one.

I like them all but I think the 2nd, 3rd and 4th are better, maybe because I was invested in the characters by then?? Either way I hope he keeps writing books!

Finished this one recently. It's a dystopian novel where a disease has killed 98 percent of teenagers and the surviving ones are left with frightening abilities.
It's the first in a series. I enjoyed it so I'll most likely read the rest.

I haven't gotten it yet because the English language one is only out in hardback right now and my set is paperback. So I have to wait. But I also still haven't read the previous one.
I really enjoyed this one, as much as the original trilogy. I wasn't a fan of The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes. I know a lot of of people love it but I felt like we were supposed to empathise with Snow and personally I couldn't do it 🤷‍♀️

I finished Two Week Roommate by Roxie Noir last night and will start Three Night Stand today. Then I plan to read Somewhere Beyond the Sea by TJ Klune.
I haven't read any TJ Klune. The books don't really appeal to me but my daughter loves them and highly recommends them so I'm going to give The House in the Cerulean Sea a go.
