A tron overlay of buzz lightyear could be cool but realistically I think they will probably do elio or the Incredibles

No I was just wondering what everyone thought sorry for the confusion
I imagine both will be done around the same time in the early 2030s with a lot if not all projects overlapping

I think the era of “theme refurbishment” is over…what’s “announced” already has shown this to be true
If you are referring to the rumor rader then I have heard several people both on and off this forum mention things about a new Tomorrowland coming in the early 2030s.

I only watch the “bucks radar”…as in what are they likely to spend on when you take into account they are relying on parks revenue to pay for a majority of everything now?
Also what do you mean by theme refurbishment?

I think they are referring to replacing existing attractions with new IPs aka “overlays” like Splash, Dinosaur, and RnRC.
If you mean there done with rethemes I don’t believe that. the muppets theatre is getting a new show rock’n’rolllercoaster is getting redone dinosaur is getting changed to Indiana jones heck the most recent big project was the retheme of splash mountain

Mk tomorrowland is far less dire than DLs with its abandoned peoplemover, empty magic eye, carousel theater used as a meet and greet/ dvc lounge

WDW: carousel, monsters, buzz, people mover, Astro orbiter, speedway, tron, space mountain
Disneyland: Space Mountain, Star Tours, Buzz, Autopia, Submarines, Monorail, Astro Orbiter
Both have closed theatre / attraction space.

Fair enough I suppose but I think the peoplemover adds a lot of kinetic energy that Disneyland lacks the speedway is currently a blight on both coasts but at least Disneyland has things to look at on theirs.

A blight? I love the autopia! It’s classic Disneyland charm. I liked the one in Paris as well. It’s just the speedway that needs attention.
I’ve mentioned it before - but they need to make something that can go back and forth on the peoplemover track at the entrance just to give the space kinetics - like what islands of adventure did when they couldn’t run the suess trolley 1.0
