I know that the Haiwaii is one of the Concierge buildings. It is just a couple minutes walk to the Great Ceremonial Building but I think there are 2 buildings with concierge rooms. Have you tried looking on Tikiman's site? http://tikiman2001.homestead.com/

Congratulations that was fine work! Did you get your PS on the first day? I ha 3 different people trying and it was on day 5 that my father got through. You are a lucky guy, we had a blast! It was definitely worth every minute of planning.
