Mystic Manor is so vastly different from Mansion, to me it makes perfect thematic sense for it to be in DAK.

I did an edit (my first) if Mystic Manor went into the walkway between FotLK and Avatar. It pretty much fits, even with the Explorer’s Club restaurant. Seems like a nice, almost thematically hidden location for it. Ah, dreaming big…

Tokyo has always enforced the times. Never saw an issue while I was there... Oh, and there was a 30-45 min wait to get a FP at Monsters Inc and a 3-4 hour wait for standby all day. Everyone was still orderly and smiling. It's just how they are used to doing it. Adaptability.

I would think it would be a shoulder season, between Memorial Day and the summer peak season. But what holds true here in Anaheim doesn't always hold true in WDW.

Like Wedway71 said, the mix of attraction/sponsor doesn't fit. It distracts from the natural synergy and takes you away from the magic. Sponsors previously have been better placed than this.

Best advice is to book early and think about what you want to do. Research everything before you make your plans and have backup dates for travel if your first dates aren't available. Oh and book your hotel before your flights. Pop Century or even Caribbean Beach Resorts are usually affordable.
