Given that your staying at the Poly, I would have to say the "stand" outside the Kona Cafe. It did not quite meet the quality of the Cali Grill, but I thought it was good.

As others have said the switch should be pretty easy. Personally, I prefer CBR, but in my mind it is pretty close.

If you are looking for signature dining, I would recommend Jiko (if your party has a willingness to try new food/flavors). If not, I also really enjoy the Flying Fish at the Boardwalk. Have a great time. We are headed down in August also! :wave:

That is something I would really like to try out! We are staying here for a few nights in August. Do you happen to know if the tour is well publicized once you arrive, or how often they offer it?
