It was actually Pete Renaday (the voice of Henry in Country Bear Jamboree) narrating as Nemo. But yes, he does an uncanny & spot-on impression of Mason.
They always were a major point of contention for Rolly Crump. He not so affectionately referred to modern Disneyland as "Stroller Park." I don't know what the solution is but I do agree that they are a problem.
Dude, I know you're obsessed with Roger. It's NOT happening. The character is not considered popular or marketable to current Disney management, regardless of how wonderful he is. Time to move on.
