I don't think it's a matter of checking content. It's been this way for a while if I remember correctly. Not sure if it's been fixed since. That being said, I'm not sure I'll ever watch it again because that animatronic isn't operating properly.

Having ridden both (everest a couple of times, Indy multiple), I'd chose Indy by a mile. That being said, hard to compare them as they are very different experiences.
