That video is embarrassingly bad. Remember folks this is a bar for people 21+, and they made the video as if it were a game for elementary schoolers. Does Disney really their their target audience are all losers who never grew up?
Disney does not have more creative power anymore. They stopped hiring/promoting based on merit about a decade ago. As such all of the talented people left Disney and went to Universal. Disney is creatively bankrupt now.
Going to catch flak for this one but if you can't pay for a pass outright without dipping into savings then you should probably not be purchasing an annual pass. I guess its 0% so there is no downside of doing it, but they would only bother offering it if there is a decent market of people who...
I do. Sitting down to take a rest is one thing, but Disney trying to pawn off playing with a parachute as an experience instead of developing new rides is my complaint. They have not developed anything new for a while, just cheap re-skins while removing old attractions. That is my complaint here...
I do not get the appeal of paying for a park ticket, just to then pay for over priced alcohol in a bar. If this existed outside the park (like at the Boardwalk) then fine that makes sense, but I have no interest in paying super high prices for a coctail at 2pm on a park day.
It's not the price, its the product. The product is no longer a premium product after Iger forced Staggs out and sucked the parks dry. People are willing to pay for a premium product, but Disney ain't it.
I am nostalgic for the old pink concrete. It is sad they are getting rid of it. Just like the purple signs they replaced with a downgraded version I don't think this looks any better. Something about the old concrete just screamed Disney to me.
I severely doubt it is a "popular pass" as the article says. They wouldn't need to open it to non-resort guests if it was truly that popular.
"Starting January 21, 2025, Walt Disney World will make the Lightning Lane Premier Pass available to all guests, removing the previous restriction...
I give it 1 year before the investors/ people who own this decide to cut their losses. There is just not enough of a market for this type of restaurant at Disney. People are already paying a ton of money just to be there, the market for those willing to spend that much on breakfast or lunch is...
