    When you first touch your MagicBand to the kiosk reader, it will give you the opportunity to select who you are making plans for. If you don't see someone on the list for some reason, just tap their MagicBand to add them!

    Disney now offers a planning service for large groups (10+) traveling together. You can call (407) 939-7771. I'm not sure exactly what they offer, but it may be worth a shot for your group!

    Unfortunately no. Adding a celebration to a reservation can only be done on the phone. If you're staying on-property, one call can add the celebration to every reservation that you have, which makes the process a little better!

    How do they find your table at BoG?

    I saw a guest get very sternly "Disney yelled" at for moving a table, so I assumed that they were plugged in through the floor, but since @TheHodge says that he was able to move the tables, I guess that is not the case. The mystery continues.
