What race sells out first really depends. 10K sometimes is first as well. Sometimes even a challenge sells out first. They could theoretically increase numbers for all races as the demand is there.

Details remain to be told. That's all we know so far.

Yep, and the streamlining now helps them save on extra costs. I don't think they want to change that now but Epcot ops may force them to if Epcot continues to push them out.
