You could be right about Bomas but then maybe they could expand on Maras menu a tad. It just seemed very limited, but really I am not complaining. I enjoyed their fried shrimp, it was more than adequate.

Also...a feeling of distance from the hustle bustle but still the Magic that only Disney provides. The CM's, the cm's, the cm's oh...did I mention the cms! Treat yourself to concierge, it is a very special feeling. Great people up there in that lounge and great food, try the Merlot. The view is...

We loved both Jiko and Bomas, but I must add one more flaw that strikes me, neither of them are open for lunch and if you are there you are forced to depend on Maras (limited in selection) or room service (very expensive). I would like to see them have Bomas open for lunch.

We made the mistake of buying the deluxe plan and realized that the last day we had 4 meals too many. There was just no way we could eat them before we left for the airport. So I walked into Bomas and asked the CM to find me a nice family of four to buy their breakfast. She was surprised but...

I love them all! They made me feel like never leaving. AKL is now my favorite Disney Property and I do not care if they are out of the way a little. It was nice to be out of the way and still feel the magic. Debbi

I just came back from AKL and I am blown away. Next time I go I am leaving my kid at home and just hang out at the hotel. I found it so relaxing that I had mixed feelings about coming home! :sohappy:
