Great news. I still wonder what's the reason for the temporary shutdown - maintenance from the looks of it, but I doubt any major changes to the show will be made. :shrug: Hope I'm wrong, though.

For me it's still speculation - don't really know what's the purpose of the shutdown (maybe maintenance). If they do have plans to revamp parts of the show, I would love to know what they're going to revamp. I hope for the following: Modern technology (new lights, fountains, HD projectors), new...

One of my friends was at Illuminations tonight - no inferno barge once again, and there were reports of LED lights and larger fountains but it seems to be unconfirmed.

I personally used to watch the TV show, but it got so dull the past 2 seasons. Anyways, hope this is the beginning of the end for AIE.

The fact that F! has been getting some TLC in the summer, and that the show is full all the way to standing room at most showings, this show is *hopefully* going nowhere.
