I think this is also a factor. The last few years the almost every building especially ride buildings haven't had the A/C blasting like before. MMRR had almost stagnant air last year. This year was better but nowhere the flow and colder temps of years before.

Gotcha. Decay includes faulty lights in the que does it not? I own DVC so I have interest in the parks. So me feeding the mouse is regardless as my money is "old" money. We've cut back on many trips. Even let our APs expire. So I'm not keeping their lights on.

They didn't do that. They already built it in Shanghai so they took the "Iger Disney" path and cloned it at MK. 5+ years and already showing it's age and decay on the outside for ride that just opened.
