I think this is also a factor. The last few years the almost every building especially ride buildings haven't had the A/C blasting like before. MMRR had almost stagnant air last year. This year was better but nowhere the flow and colder temps of years before.

Not everything is open during early entry either. More than half of each park isn't open until 9am or whenever that park opens.

They didn't do that. They already built it in Shanghai so they took the "Iger Disney" path and cloned it at MK. 5+ years and already showing it's age and decay on the outside for ride that just opened.

Yes APs get free parking as well as Disney resort guests unless they change that too today.
