    The iPad at Disney World

I've had an iPhone since 2007, and had it on my last trip to Disney World in 2007. There was no such thing as an App Store back then, so no WDWMagic app or any other app for that matter. Having that phone was awesome though, so much so, that my Mom and brother purchased one upon returning from...

Opinions: 1900 Park Fare, Akershus, Tusker, Chef Mickey's

I decided to drop Akershus and Tusker (lunch) in favor of moving Epcot to a different day and nabbing a Tusker (breakfast) instead. The Tusker breakfast is at 8 AM, but the park doesn't open until 9 AM. Not sure how that works. Will the bus still take us to AK even though it isn't open? We...

Opinions: 1900 Park Fare, Akershus, Tusker, Chef Mickey's

Thank you all for the replies - the information is beyond helpful when I am weeks away from arriving at "Planet Mickey". :) I think the goal with Chef Mickey's (and all restaurants) is to keep trying. Booked 2 Chef Mickey dinners this week with a month away from the trip!

Tusker House Lunch character meal or not?

Well, for now I have a reservation for 7 at 1:30 before the with happens, so should be good. Curious about the African cuisine.

    Some replies don't show up

I've made a couple replies where a screen pops up for a split second saying something about a "moderator", yet the post never shows up. I'm not sure why, but if it's something that I'm doing wrong I'd like to know so I stop. :) One post I've commented on twice is here...

2 yo and 5 mo - What to bring?

Glow sticks are a great idea, and we already have something similar to the Mommy Hook. Both will come in handy - thanks!

Sticking with the name your grew up with?

Wow, I forgot most of those. Disney Village... Dixie Landing... Guess some are not as set in my brain as others.

2 yo and 5 mo - What to bring?

Great information! Thank you! Another question - water parks - I know they are heated, which one is best for two little ones?

Sticking with the name your grew up with?

Now that you mention it, "Hollywood Studios" does seem more fitting. I forgot the real name was Disney-MGM, my family always just called it MGM, as in Disney's MGM Studios Theme Park (like Disney's Animal Kingdom). Is it an acronym?

Sticking with the name your grew up with?

I'm normally pretty open to name changes on things, but there are a few that I can't get out of my vocabulary. I don't know if I will ever call Hollywood Studios "Hollywood Studios". It has been MGM to me since I was itty bitty (plus I think it sounds better). Anyone else have a name...

2 yo and 5 mo - What to bring?

Been to Disney dozens of times before, but first time with 2 little ones. Not sure what all we need to prepare for, but we are trying to get everything in order now. We'll be there in early December for a week at Coronado Springs. Just recently found out about Garden Grocer - that sounds like...
