Thanks for all of your replies. I'm going to take a chance and send an e-mail to the Disney folks to see if they have an answer. The globe is not a simple round globe, it's the one with the hat and Mickey ears. The good thing is that, if it can't be fixed, I shouldn't have too much trouble...

One of my newest Disney Snow Globes has had an accident! Fortunately, the glass globe was the only thing to break. Does anyone happen to know if I can ship it back to Disney and pay for the globe to be replaced? I thought I had read that somewhere a while back. Thanks!

All set! The only thing that disappointed me was that they said Valentine's Day is a crazy delivery day, so she suggested that I schedule the delivery for the 13th instead. No big deal, I guess. They'll be so surprised! Thanks again!

:D I just got it. I called again and I had it in about 10 minutes. The Basket of Disney Cheer looks perfect. Can the order be phoned in, or do I have to use the order form they sent? I'm not too crazy about faxing my credit card info, but if I have to, I will.
