Really hoping they do something with the outdoor queue, might be my least favorite outdoor line in WDW. I don't need them to fully enclose it (although that would be nice) but give us a bunch of Muppet stuff to look and laugh at while we wait out there.

Possibly, but just comparing in the image to Big Thunder's new train shed its not that much of a difference. Just depends on the type of train/ size of train they will use. I too though am pretty sure that building will be the coaster's train shed.

They in fact do not have identical track layouts. They are 90% the same but Dinosaur lacked the mummy room segment plus a few other minor adjustments in the track profile which is why I said they won't be a exact replica. Also just due to the age of the original attraction I suspect WDW's will...

To be fair just going off the concept art alone I don't think our Indy will be a exact replica of whats in Disneyland. I'm sure there will be similarities obviously but I don't think we are getting Mara and the "don't look into the eyes of the statue" plot. Plus there will be no mummy room...

What will actually happen is the "Pull the Lever" moment will be part of a very elaborate and cool preshow that Operations will deem not worth the effort and bypass down a backstage hallway a month after opening to save one minute of line time. I wish I was joking...

Good question. I hope there is water features in Villains just because water adds another level to the visuals. If so they may be connected system wise but they can always dam up areas to allow some areas to be open early like they do with the castle moat.
