no need to call, just ask your server for vegetarian options. As for your other child, some restaurants do have child portions they can make into adult options for the DP but not every restaurant can. You can always ask for a children's meal and pay OOP

Were you a reservation for 6? If so, regardless of how you paid, you were still a party of 6 and subject to the auto grat

The only way to have your tip adjusted is to speak to a manager otherwise it is an amount due and you are required to pay it whether you want to or not
