Agreed , in my experience people generally won’t move from HCOL areas unless they can’t afford it, or they are retiring for a whole variety of reasons. They are expensive for a reason

I the takeaway here isn’t that the building fits , it’s that such a small footprint would be a huge disappointment given how it was hyped

While I totally agree with this sentiment, Zootopia just seems to fit like a glove in that space and overall aesthetic. If you do avatar , do it right, and that parcel of land is so small that to this day I still cant visualize how they would make it fit with the needed transitions. Overhead...

I think a proper well executed Avatar land would sell great at DLR, but I also agree that where they are planning to put it is about the worst place conceivable. To do it right, use the DLF space without all of the constraints (size, transitions)

Would the monsters inc coaster even fit into that space? This is a humongous box that would have to reasonably blend in with the new entrance plaza and bridge , I think?
