EPCOT Figment, well, to be replaced by Figment

Great info thanks , so theoretically they could restore something close to the original without expanding the footprint of the existing pavilion - which is great

EPCOT Figment, well, to be replaced by Figment

Question for anyone in the know … I believe the original JII had a much longer ride time, what happened to this extra space/building if so? Was part of Imagination pavilion demolished or just repurposed for gen2-3 of the ride?

MK Cars-Themed Attractions at Magic Kingdom

Maybe they should keep Frontierland and march Mando and Grogu through there then

MK Cars-Themed Attractions at Magic Kingdom

Respectfully, I don’t think Woody holds up too well as a cowboy , plus he was created to reflect on nostalgia for the olden days , which are long gone IMO

When was the last time kids wanted to be cowboys? 1972?

News Coco Boat Ride Coming to Disney California Adventure

I’m not going to give a prediction as there are others more in tune with what’s going on in that area , but kudos to you on that description of DCA and what it needs - you have a gift for words 👍

DAK 'Encanto' and 'Indiana Jones'-themed experiences at Animal Kingdom

General park goers seem to love it , even 9+ years after it opened

DAK 'Encanto' and 'Indiana Jones'-themed experiences at Animal Kingdom

I have to question your sanity - from my experience before and after the refit, FEA gets tons more riders than maelstrom year after year, it’s not even close. How is that dumbfounding ?

    The Downtown Disney Thread

That actually makes a lot of sense given DLR space constraints - move the gate farther out , more attractions and dining and retail, sell more tickets , everyone wins

DAK 'Encanto' and 'Indiana Jones'-themed experiences at Animal Kingdom

Haven’t followed this thread too closely recently. Question - are we 100% sure this is one of those trackless dark rides or is it possible that’s it’s a boat ride? Any actual statement from Disney on this? Thanks

WDW Space Mountain is better than Disneyland's. Change my mind.

Overall experience definitely goes to WDW. Love DL as well but the attraction with the queue at WDW just adds so much vs the DL version with that weird 80s shopping mall aesthetic

News Coco Boat Ride Coming to Disney California Adventure

Agreed, I hope they find a way to put it in MK

    The Miscellaneous Thought Thread

Totally agree and I think that’s the general wisdom - if you want a fun couple / few days DLR is ideal , for a Disney vacation do WDW

Agreed, the first attraction in quite a while that truly feels like it belongs at Epcot

Avengers Campus: E-Watch! (Waiting on the new ride)

The word “recruit” should be permanently and fully banned from all future Disney attractions

Tiana's Bayou Adventure: Disneyland Watch & Discussion

I think the story with splash, whatever is was, was irrelevant because most riders couldn’t tell you what it was. With that out of the way, the musical score and tension building was masterful with splash. With Tiana the story is worse than trash , and the music is good but not as good as splash...

    The Miscellaneous Thought Thread

I think the non story of Pirates per se is one that serves it well … it opens up imagination and re-rerideabilty , it really isn’t necessary to spoonfeed a story to the rider
