Minnie Sue
I am Sue, and I am a denizen of the House of Mouse. I am old enough to REALLY remember the 80s (at least the latter years) and my husband Eddie is as well.
We are both lifelong geeks of all stripes: Music, sci-fi/fantasy, books, TV, theater. We're also lifelong Disney fans ("Beauty and the Beast" was one of our first dates; "Kiss the Girl" was one of our wedding songs).
We had many years of fun together before becoming parents. Our son, Jonah, is 4 1/2 and also a huge Disney fanboy. He got there on his own, via Disney JR and "Jake and the Neverland Pirates," "Doc McStuffins," etc. He loves "Toy Story," "Cinderella," and "Alice in Wonderland."
We took our first family trip to WDW in May, 2012 to celebrate our 20th Wedding Anniversary. Our son was only 3 then, but he rode every ride in the MK (except Pooh, which he thought looked "bor-wing," haha, and Thunder Railroad, which was closed). His favorites were Magic Carpets and Splash Mt.
We're going back in December to celebrate the holidays, my husband's birthday and the completion of his PhD coursework! We are newly initiated Disney lifers, but lifers we are!
