Generally in life I've found that people who resort to name calling in their arguments are generally insecure in their own choices and require others to validate them.
Frankly I think all resort guests should get perks at the parks. They always have. Advanced access to dining, advanced fastpass booking, guaranteed access to the parks, extra magic hours. There are far fewer perks here for resort guests, they need to bring some back or create new ones.
Different things appeal to different people. The universal model doesn't appeal to me as much as the Disney model does - I'm happy to visit the universal parks, but to me the draw of Disney is much more than just the rides.

I don't know. In my real life circles, I hear all the time of people wanting to take their kids to Disney, planning Disney trips, etc. Rarely do I hear about planning a trip to Universal. It happens here and there, but for people who aren't plugged into things, Disney is still the place to go.
