We don't live near a Disney Store. How can I get them direct from Disney?

I see Pixar as Disney. My kids love the films, especially Toy Story & Toy Story II. My husband actually bought Monsters Inc. for himself :) And I agree that they are more remiscient of what Disney used to make.

I've heard Disney dollars mentioned a couple of times. My DS6 has saved up his birthday money since April to spend on our trip in July and I thought it would be "fun" to turn that $$$ into Disney dollars. Can someone tell me where to find them? Can they only be purchased in the "world"...

Trying to make a decision about adding dining plans to our Disney package and I have a couple of questions. 1. Are character meals included in the dining plans? 2. How many meals do you get per day? Sorry if these questions have already been answered elsewhere.
