Feel free to move this if I'm in the wrong place. I received an email survey today about Mickey's Philharmagic. What did I think about the overall story, indvidual attraction elements, how did we decide to go see it - were we planning on it before we entered the park? As a time killer?, etc etc...
I'm fascinated by all the differences between how states are handling this. Another Biology degree holder here so I have this odd objectivism living through something we studied theoretically. I was shocked at the 50% mask wearing in a hospital clinic because that just wouldn't happen here (far...
I also received the survey and have a trip booked for July 31 to August 9th. We are planning on canceling for many reasons, I just haven't actually cancelled yet. As far as the survey not specifically covering masks, I wrote it in under 'other' as a deal breaker in summer months which is when...
Ferdinand (I've loved that little bull since I was a kid) followed by the Old Mill and some other shorts. We tried to watch the Imagineering Story but it wouldn't play for some reason so we watched the Mandalorian instead.
So excited to try these out on our next trip! One of the things I look forward to the most is how the Skyliner should make a midday resort break much easier. No more waiting 15 minutes for a resort bus because you just missed one, another 10 minutes for the bus back. I can't see how it will be...
Disney is still using the Dream Big Princess campaign. They just added another BBB location to GF. As a mother of a 7 year old girl, princesses are still a thing. So is the love of all things Frozen. I just don't see them completely getting rid of 'princesses'. Really I don't think most kids...
The last two weeks of August would be the best but I'm assuming you need to go during school breaks. We're also tied to school breaks so summer it is. We've done both the end of July and the first couple weeks of August. We prefer August. August seems less crowded in general and we noticed more...
We have a split stay so two sets of bands. I was able to get my husband's Spaceship Earth band a couple hours ago so I snagged it quick with two plain bands to complete that order. Just about 30 minutes ago I was able to get two Dole Whips and just tossed a plain band onto that order so I could...
Disney World is massive. My husband and I were just laughing last night about his reaction to the size of it when I took him for his first visit. He kept asking on the bus if we were still on Disney property. He was blown away by just how big it is. If you're going to skip anything, I'd skip...
We happened to have already booked this separately for August. It's our 10 year anniversary so we're splurging for a day. Lunch at CRT for 2 adults one child was $237.68. Dessert party before HEA with garden view, 2 adults one child was 179.00. A grand total of 416.68. If I booked this package...
Part of me thinks they'll steer away from anything with Adventure in the name because of Islands of Adventure. I like Disney's Hollywood Adventure the best too but IOA and Hollywood Adventure are too similar. Disney doesn't want people thinking SW:GE is at that other Adventure park.
Good point, never really thought of it that way. On the other hand, I have the option to do other things in the middle of the afternoon. We were able to go on 3 different rides in the afternoon in a 2 hour stretch as opposed to spending that same amount of time in line for one.
