No rafts, Tom Sawyer Island, river boat cruise, BTMRR, shooting gallery, WDRR. There will be a whole lot of nothing to do in a fairly large part of the park. I wonder what Disney will do to make up for the loss of all these attractions??? Maybe Disney will decorate the construction walls...

Woo hoo. That's still one half of the early entry time resort guests once enjoyed. That was yet another resort perk that Disney eliminated or reduced.

Do we have any idea when Tom Sawyer Island and Liberty Square Riverboat will be shut down? Together with the shut down of BTMRR (and the shooting gallery!), it looks like there won't be much to do in that area of MK for an extended period of time.

Virtually every decision that Disney has made since 2020 has adversely impacted the guest experience. This "panel" is unlikely to change that. Actions speak louder than empty words, Disney.

So, let me get this straight. This was once an attraction that all park guests could enjoy. Now, it is a place is unavailable to the vast majority of those guests. Yep, that definitely sounds like the new version "Disney magic."

Such a terrible idea...

I voted "other." That "other" was, specifically, the imposition of Genie +. Disney charging us for something that was free was the last straw. That, and the elimination of resort perks, chased us away in 2021.
