With the previous extra magic hours program it was fairly easy to structure your visit so that you would have a one hour head start on the day trippers. That was a valuable resort perk that Disney has cut in half. How many attractions can you cover in 30 minutes? One? Two? This is yet another...

This should be just a start in trying the repair the damage inflicted on Disney resort guests over the past two years. Bring back free Fastpass and Magical Express and then we might consider coming back...

Your choice, especially during the holidays, is to purchase an inferior product at an outrageous price or spend much of your holidays waiting in interminable lines. Magical.

It doesn’t matter if Disney recognizes its many mistakes. At this point, it only matters if they correct them. I’m not holding my breath waiting for that to happen.

Thirty minutes of early entry is a ridiculously short amount of time. This is especially the case given the ever lengthening list of off property hotel guests that are also getting this benefit. It’s just another example of Disney jamming its resort guests.

The elimination of Fastpass and Magical Express did the trick for us. It's now obvious that Disney doesn't care at all about customer satisfaction or whether the customers feel they are being ripped off. Enough.

Gimp is spot on in all respects. It's very difficult to be enthused about a future Disney trip when you know the company doesn't care whether you enjoy your experience or not. No more money from me until that attitude changes.

I received my shareholder email on Saturday and promptly voted against Chapek. That made me feel better... Hopefully, a large percentage of negative votes will reenforce with Disney that he needs to go.

All resort guests used to receive nighttime (and morning) extra magic hours as a resort perk. Now only guests willing to pay the most money receive that perk. Money grubbing Disney magic.
