I have stayed at POFQ and CS. I enjoyed the restaurants, pools and theming much more at CS and if you get a refurb'd room (are they all done yet), they are much nicer than POFQ. FQ seemed like any old hotel other than the boats to DTD, where as CS had much more of a true resort feel to it.
