Now I have combined parts of your post in my head and actually want a wild west themed casino/saloon tucked away somewhere in Frontierland, but not Fantasyland.
I would LOVE for this to be the case, but I just feel like that's how it always works out in Orlando. For example, "no one cares about Avatar" is something that is constantly said, but right now Flight of Passage is at 165 minutes. Slinky Dog Dash is at 95 minutes. I just feel like they handled...
I keep seeing everyone talk about "bad reviews" and negative press about Galaxy's Edge, but literally everything I've personally seen or heard from people who have been there has been positive (with the exception of the milk). Maybe I'm not following enough of the DisBitter accounts, but I'm...
When Galaxy's Edge was first being developed, I was like "man, it would be so cool to be there when it opens... Nah, it's going to be so crazy that it won't even be fun." No, after seeing how they opened it in Disneyland, I'm worried about NOT being there for opening day/week/month because it'll...
I hope they "beat that" by making it so no one has to wait 600 minutes. While I had my doubts about the reservation system at Disneyland, everything I see and hear about it makes it look like a much, much smoother opening than what I expected with just thousands of people clawing and trampling...
I haven't heard about it outside of podcasts and DisTwitter, whereas I hear "common folk" talking (and asking me about) Galaxy's Edge all the time.
Granted, everything I hear about the new Harry Potter ride has been VERY positive, I don't think it has "regular" people talking nearly as much as...
With the influx of people they are about to get, they can't afford to close anything, especially with Galaxy's Edge only having one attraction when it opens. The crowds that will be coming to Galaxy's Edge will need other stuff to do, and let's be real, a large percentage of people going to DHS...
We did this last Friday night at Tinker Bell. It's... not great. The difference in quality for the shots you get from an actual photographer is pretty big. They are all wide, straight on shots, so no zoom or angles or anything like that. The images are fine, but it lacks that "catching the...
Not that I think the creation date of the character really has anything to do with it, but I'm pretty sure all of the major characters from the Guardians movies predate the Universal deal, some by decades.
I agree that there needs to be a nighttime parade. I can only assume that they currently think people are content flooding the hub/Main Street insanely early to stand around waiting for Happily Ever After and don't want to lose their spots for a parade.
I'm glad it's not fully going away. It's not something that makes or breaks a trip, but it's a fun little thing in MK, and kids seem to really love it, so I don't see the harm.
