Use the chat on the website. We had a pass that never received an email and I gave up twice waiting on hold for 45+ minutes. Using chat today took 5 minutes.

So this is odd, we have 4 passes (two monthly pay for the kids, two that were upgraded from three day tickets). I got the email from Disney and clicked on the link, but it’s only showing the two on the monthly plan. The two we upgraded are missing.

Last Disney said they were going to release more info in early July about cancelling/refunds. I assume the info still hasn’t been released yet?

Just to throw a wiggle in, i didn't notice the smell when i walked right in front of the Alps booth though - only when i was on the other side of the walkway.

My vote is for Imagination but for personal reasons. Found out the hard way that both my kids have some sensory issues as that ride was pure unadulterated hell for both of them. Fairly sure both are traumatized from it. The old Imagination was great, the new one sucks.

CBJ is one of the few shows my 3 yo and 6 both love. Also entertaining for the parents, so while it’s aged, we love it :)
