I'm assuming since its just the two of you that you would want the most "romantic" of the two. Again, just assuming as I don't know how long you've been married:lol:
We just returned from WL last week and it was awesome, only complaint is the counter service restaurant was pretty lousy (only...
My wife and I have been to the last 3 F&W Festivals. Yes, you can use your snack credits for just about any item at the food kiosks. To make sure your getting the most out of it they usually post the menu with costs online a month before it begins. Check the menu out and use your snack credits...
We would do it......but haven't. I can say that 50% of our Disney trips are not spent in the parks so here's what we do when we're not in the parks. We go watertubing (also could go waterskiing or parasailing), bike rides through different resorts (many of the resorts have bikes to rent), take a...
I can't speak to the bus schedule and wait times as we always rent a vehicle so we are not a "prisoner" to someone or something else. I'd rather spend the extra $200 in the scope of thousands because time is money on a vacation like Disney.
In any event, we have stayed at all you state and...
We're going 7/30-8/9. It will be me, my wife DD (10), DS (9) and DS (16.
7/30-7/31 at the Dolphin
7/31-8/5 Wilderness Lodge Villas
8/5-8/7 Not sure yet (maybe AK)
8/7-8/9 Royal Pacific (Universal Studios)
We're heading down the first week of August from Upstate NY. We're either going to drive, or drive some of the way then take that train from D.C. that you can bring your car on to Orlando. Either way, it won't cost us more than $500. If we drive (which we've done in the past) we'll do it in 21...
I got some cheesy pin for the month of November (excluding Thanksgiving week). It was for 20-40% off a room only. Talk about a waste of a pin. The funny thing is if they offered me the August pin for free dining (like the OP) then we would definately go instead of maybe this year.
Has anyone...
My wife and I did the ride at POR this past October and it was wonderful. We did the last ride ( believe it was 9 pm ). It was wonderful. We went into the lounge at purchased a couple of wines from the bar ( in plastic cups) and took it with us. The ride went from the main building at POR along...
It has to be California Grill. I'm not sure the atmosphere can be beat in all of Disney. The food is phenominal as well. An added perk are the MK fireworks so try and schedule a meal around that time.
Go to http://www.easywdw.com/adults/drink-...-disney-world/
That will tell you all you need about the task. I just found it yesterday and it's unbelievable. Gives you all the drink choices and the best drinks each country etc.
We plan on enjoying all that you've mentioned. Laying around the pool at our resort (either WL or AKL), bike riding, horseback riding, boat rentals, water tubing, fishing excursion, downtown disney.
Just wanted to address a common theme in the replies. First thanks to all of you, I got some excellent advice from each of you. As far as the common theme goes (what are we trying to accomplish by doing it) it's both a time and financial issue. Like I said, we will be doing a land/sea deal and...
We will be staying at either AK Lodge or WL Lodge. We will definately hit M.K. first as it's the busiest park and the earlier you get there the better. We will not be using Disney Transportation exclusively. I plan on driving to Grand Floridian, parking there and hopping on the monorail. The...
By no means did you ramble, I appreciate all the info and it has given me tons of food for thought. Since we will likely be there the day before Thanksgiving-that Sunday I have to pick the right day. Obviously that weekend is one of the busiest of the year but it does not say how busy it is Wed...
