I think that if people are THAT WORRIED about their safety, their common sense should tell them not to ride. And if they lack common sense, ride anyway, and die of a heart attack (probably brought on by panic), then it's their own fault. Don't get me wrong, I love Disney and think their ridses...

The crowds are typically not bad during august(especially the end, since schools resume practically everywhere). But with the free dining plan, it will probably be busier than usual.
