Thanks for the heads up, I was able to find the exact quote from Roger Feigelson of Intrada;
“while were on the subject of disney and releases and such and Broughton. is there any chance of a complete compilation of his theme park music? and if so when we could see it being released? thank you...
Thanks for the link! I remember liking the music in context, it’ll be interesting to hear it by itself.
On a side note, here’s a pretty cool adaption of the music from Fantastic Flight/Soarin’ that a fan arranged. Insanely accurate, there are also a few other gems on his channel!
Randy Thornton, I believe, is the main person behind this project as far as Disney Music Group is concerned. Not sure about contact info though.
I’m sure if they see that there is demand for the music (assuming they don’t already have some date in mind for releasing it) that might help some...
So little update; I shot an email to Bruce Broughton just asking if there were actually plans to release the set.
He was kind enough to reply almost immediately, what he essentially says is that the decision to release it (from what it sounds like it is 100% complete) lies with Disney...
Nothing outside of an interview from November where Bruce briefly talks about the set and mentions that it was delayed due to Fantastic Flight being included.

Intrada only worked on the album, it is Disney who is in charge of releasing it from what it sounds like.
The project was technically finished 3 years ago, for whatever reason they decided to hold off on putting it out there. The plus side is that we can actually get the Soarin’ music included.
It’s not available yet. One of the main guys at Intrada has hinted that they are waiting for Broughton to finish “Soaring Fantastic Flight” before actually proceeding. The box set is pretty much done though.
"All I can tell you is that the album is finished, that we've mastered ALL the pieces that I ever did in the theme parks, and it's just waiting for Disney to release it."
-Bruce Broughton on Tomorrow Society Podcast #33
Great interview btw

Discussion is here.
Apparently Bruce Broughton confirmed on a podcast that both he and Intrada (the record label) have officially mastered and finished the long awaited box set which should include:
-Ellen’s Energy Adventure
-The...
Yeah, I'm not really looking at any performing roles. At the time I am fine with maintenance, cleaning, etc. I wouldn't mind working in a store either.
No, I understand that the 'exact' music can't be used. I mean keep the same theme, just compose a new track to fit. (Kinda like Giacchino and Star Tours)
