I understand that there is abuse. But deal with the abuse then. From what cast members on here have said, it sounds like the majority of the abuse is from other cast members. Maybe Disney should start internally first and see what that gets them.

I agree but those are typically right after a breakdown when everyone has rushed back to the ride. It is not the norm. But Disney is unpredictable and things happen. We all adjust as needed at the time.

I know, they are in a tough spot here. I agree that something has to be done. But short of actually asking for proof, how are they going to pick and choose who they think is "faking it"? Well obviously this would be case by case. If you have a single parent traveling with their 2 minor children, you are not going to leave one kid alone. I think that immediate family, (parents and kids) is fair. Aunts, uncles, grandma, grandpa don't all need to get lumped into that DAS group.

I think that you are grossly overestimating how many rides DAS users go on. Sure, some of the fakers are probably going on more, but most of the legitimate users have to use that down time for their personal needs. And popular rides are popular for EVERYONE, not just those without disabilities...

How does that even make sense to you? You all are acting as if DAS people poof into existence in the LL. They would have been in the standby line anyway, adding to the capacity. So what you are really complaining about is that Disney lets too many people into the parks.
